When a few people heard that we were traveling to the 1999 GDCA National Specialty by Amtrak they asked if we would write a journal of the trip.     This is that journal with a side "trip" around the area of the site of the National.     It is broken into the Train Trip from Elkhart Indiana to Oxnard California; A few pictures of the Casa Sirena Hotel & Marina, the Harbor/Marina area, and a Beach in the same general area just up the coast; and finally the Trip from Oxnard back to Elkhart.
