North End Theme
******

This year we again had NO set theme for people to follow.
The theme of the float was the decision of the people entering.

We circled the Slalom Course, in the center of the North End of the lake until all the boats seemed to be there.   At that point we started off.   The judging was on a pier on the West side of the lake (Hilltop side) and clearly marked and they judged for "Best Family Design", "Best Interpretation of a Theme", "Best Patriotic", and "Most Elaborate Design".   This allowed for the Judging to be done shortly after we "set sail" so any wind did less damage to decorations.   We circled the lake, starting in the Northwest "Bay" and proceeding counter clockwise as close to the shore as possible so everyone could enjoy the Flotilla.   We ended up shortly after going thru "Little" Baldwin although there were some who chose not continue thru Little Baldwin and left us just before that.
