E-mail Caution and Request

Since we have gotten some "spoof" E-Mail Attachment Viruses from people we know well, we ask that you follow the E-mail Policy below and would recommend that you consider the same for your own incoming E-mail.

    Any E-mail we receive with an attachment that is NOT described in the body is immediately deleted without the attachment being opened.   This may mean that a message you sent to us was never read because the body of the message actually resided in the attachment, not the message body.   When you are intentionally sending an attachment, picture or item in some Word Processing file, please explain what is being sent in the body of the message so that we know it was actually sent by you Intentionally.

  We are sorry if this policy disturbs you in any way but we have seen "First Hand" what destruction can be caused and thankfully have stopped any E-mail that would have been sent out, therefore not spreading the problem.
